Inauguration of the New Departmental Name Board of the Department of English

The Department of English of Bandarban University reached another meaningful milestone today with the inauguration of its new Departmental Name Board. The name board, installed in front of the Department room, was formally inaugurated by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Mohammad Mohibullah Siddiquee of Bandarban University.

The name board was presented by three students of the 7th Batch of the Department of English—Mohammad Amir Uddin, Hasnat Md. Monirul Motin, and Md. Ridwan. Their initiative and contribution added a special significance to the occasion and reflected the students’ sense of belonging to the Department.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Registrar, Deputy Controller of Examinations, faculty members of the Department of English, and students of the Department. The presence of the university administration, teachers, and students made the occasion warm and memorable.

The newly installed name board represents the identity and presence of the Department of English on the university campus. It also adds to the professional and welcoming academic environment of the Department.
